Specific scope, frequency, and pricing for your service are confirmed directly with you before work begins and may be documented in a separate service agreement or quote.

Quotes & Scheduling

Quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the information you share and may be adjusted after an in-person or virtual walkthrough. Scheduling is subject to availability. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed visit; late cancellations may incur a service charge, as described at the time of booking.

Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to your property for scheduled services, whether through a key, lockbox, access code, or your presence. Please disclose any known hazards, pets, security systems, or special instructions in advance so our team can plan accordingly.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to pause recurring service for accounts with significant past-due balances.

Client Responsibilities

Please secure or disclose the location of fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable items you would like handled with special care. While our team takes every reasonable precaution, we recommend valuables be stored securely during service visits.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Coast Premier Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

Insurance

Gulf Coast Premier Services maintains general liability insurance covering our operations. Certificate details are available upon request.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false or fraudulent information through our forms, or using content from this site without permission.
